Why is the app locked?

If you see that the course content is locked, it means that your subscription period has expired and needs renewal. Our business operates on a subscription basis, which means that a buyer purchases an introductory offer and, upon the end of the trial period, is billed the regular subscription amount. After the introductory offer, access to the platform will be locked if the subscription is not automatically renewed. 


If you are subscribed through the App Store, to reactivate your subscription, please follow these instructions: 

  1. Go to the iPhone's Settings 
  2. Tap on *Your name* and choose Subscriptions 
  3. Tap the subscription options related to the Finelo app 
  4. Tap on the Renew button


If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our websites, please follow these instructions: 


  1. Open our app and log in using your credentials
  2. Navigate to the Subscription section in your Profile. You may find this option in the Settings menu.
  3. Within the Subscription section, you will find the necessary information and options to renew your subscription
  4. Proceed with the renewal process as prompted.
