Can I pause my subscription if I'm not using the app?

Currently, Finelo does not offer the option to pause your subscription. If you have not used the app for a period of time and wish to stop the subscription, your only option is to cancel it. 


However, we've made the reactivation process straightforward and hassle-free, so you can easily resume your subscription whenever you're ready to return. This approach ensures you have full control over your subscription and can manage it according to your usage needs.


To cancel, simply log in to the app, navigate to the Profile -> Settings menu in the top right corner -> Subscription section, and use the unsubscribe button provided. 


When you're ready to return, follow the same steps to find options for renewing your subscription and proceeding with the renewal process as prompted. This approach provides a straightforward way to manage your subscription according to your usage and needs.
