What is your refund policy?
Finelo offers refunds in line with our terms and applicable laws. For digital content, refunds are generally not available once the service is fully delivered.
EU Residents:
You can withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days from the initial purchase date. Once 14 days have passed, this right no longer applies.
