I did not receive an invoice after payment. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive an invoice after your purchase, you can access it by following these steps:


1. Go to Finelo ProfileSettingsPayment History to download your invoice.

2. If you cannot download the invoice within the app, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and request a copy of your payment invoice.
