If you want to unsubscribe from Finelo, please refer to the instructions below:

- Subscribed through our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play?
- Subscribed from within the Android app?
- Subscribed from within the App Store?
- Log in to your Finelo account. (Need help? How do I log in?)
- Go to Finelo Profile and click the Settings icon (top right corner)
- Select Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Follow the instructions.
If you subscribed through our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, please follow the instructions above: Finelo Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. This will redirect you to the website page, where you have to log in and cancel your subscription in Profile Settings. Make sure to receive confirmation of your cancellation.
Subscribed from within the Android app?
Please follow these instructions:
- Open the Play Store App
- Tap on the icon in the top right corner
- Tap on the Payments and Subscriptions option
- Tap on the Subscriptions section and click on the app icon.

Subscribed from within the App Store?
- Go to the iPhone's Settings ⚙️
- Tap on Your name at the top of the screen
- Select Subscriptions from the list
- Find subscription options related to the Finelo app
- Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button

After Cancellation:
You will receive a confirmation email or a message on the screen. You can still access the platform until the end of your subscription period.
