How do I unsubscribe?

If you want to unsubscribe from Finelo, please refer to the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Finelo account. 
  2. Go to the Finelo Profile and click the Settings icon.
  3. Select Subscription and click Cancel Subscription



Note: If you subscribed through our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store, follow the same instructions: Finelo Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.


IMPORTANT❗️: You will be redirected to the web app page, where you need to log in and cancel your subscription in Settings.



Subscribed from within the Android app?

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Play Store App
  2. Tap on the icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap on the Payments and Subscriptions option
  4. Tap on the Subscriptions section and click on the app icon.

Subscribed from within the App Store?

    1. Go to the iPhone's Settings ⚙️
    2. Tap on Your name at the top of the screen
    3. Select Subscriptions from the list 
    4. Find subscription options related to the Finelo app
    5. Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button

After Cancellation:

You will receive a confirmation email or a message on the screen. You can still access the platform until the end of your subscription period.



If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us via submitting a ticket at Support Center.
